Emily Shanahan has Cerebral Palsy; but she doesn't let that stop her. She has dreams and aspirations and she doesn't have time to be bitter about her physical hindrances.

So, after graduating from High School in Ohio, she decided to go to college. Like everyone, she wanted to spread her wings and be independent and go out on her. The fact that she needs assistance for much of her daily needs was on a hurdle that needed to be jumped.

So she went to Cedarville University in Ohio. And, to support her, she has the Dream Team, a group of her new friends that helps her along the way. Because of their help, she breezed through her first year with top grades.

Emily has such an aura about her, always a smile on her face, always encouraging, that she is an inspiration to those around her. She is truly jazzed4life, joyously allowing the Lord to work through her so that others might be inspired. Check out these videos about Emily Shanahan and the Dream Team.
